Justin (The “J” of JB) will be on hand to talk shop, tell you about his passion for cabernet sauvignon and the Yakima Valley.

Parsnip Brown Butter Bisque - heirloom potato, Dungeness crab, prosciutto crisp
Grilled Octopus - spanish chorizo, mole negro, avocado mousse, heirloom masa gnocchi, ricotta salata
Honeydew Melon Granita - coconut crema, blood orange
Grass-Fed Hanger Steak - beurre rouge, roasted sunchokes, charred onion, herbs
Pink Peppercorn Vanilla Tart - cranberry compressed pears
