A Taste of Burgundy: Deep Thoughts with Chardonnay & Pinot Noir!

The wine nerds over at Halfseas don’t need many excuses to drink Burgundian wine. We don’t do favorites often, but given our mood, we may admit to loving these more than others (but we’re not ready to admit this).  On a sunny day and a free afternoon and you might find us lazing on a boat with a cold glass of Bourgogne Blanc. Rain or inclement weather? Give us pâte or a piece of chicken and we won’t be able to help ourselves from opening our favorite red Burgundy. We adore Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and we want to share this love with you tonight as we take a little bite out of Burgundy, France, and dip into some classics! Come ready to say “Oui!”
