That’s right, everyone - let’s celebrate the start of rosé season with an evening of tasting dedicated to the brand new 2022 vintage of some of our favorite pink drinks. Why wait to wonder if the weather will cooperate? We are going to bring Spring and Summer to us tonight with a big ol’ pink splash, a little bit of Snoop Dogg on the stereo, and a whole lot of killer rosé! BRING ON THE FLOWERS! Halfseas teams up for tonight’s tasting with a POP-UP FLOWER SHOP presented by Studio Meadowlark Florals. Prepare to indulge your senses and skip into the flower patch with us as we journey through a potpourri of aromatic wines that will woo your heart to sing and your palate to ring…ready for Spring with Col Fondo Frizzante, dry Riesling, Malvasia and more! Spain is home to some of the most exciting winemaking in the world today. “Terroirists” like Daniel Landi, Fernando Garcia, and Olivier Riviere – amongst others – are seeking out and planting unique vineyards sites to create wines that are unlike many of the region’s predecessors, reflective of terroir and deeply considerate of the health of the land. Tonight, we will explore a collection of delicious sips – from elevated, biodynamic Corpinnat sparkling to deeply ponderous Garnacha worthy of a steak, and imagine ourselves bare-armed in Spain, hiking in the Iberian sun. Salud!

Featuring mouth-watering frizzante and sparkling from Italy, unusual indigenous varieties from Spain, as well as Cru Beaujolais from France, this will be a night with a little something for everyone’s taste. Buckle your seatbelts and put on your safety hats, everyone, we are going underground for our upcoming tasting event on Tuesday, April 5th with wild, eye-opening wines from Spain!

These are small-production Spanish wines true to their roots, unobstructed by the heavy hand of modern winemaking, and demonstrative of their place of origin – gorgeous farm to bottle wines! In addition to being delicious, these wines are often terribly difficult to come by, which makes us that much more excited to share them with you. Join us this Tuesday for a joyful and exploratory evening with friends as we taste through a spritely collection of Spanish pet nat, white, and red wine that you won’t soon forget!
